Account and platform data deletion

You stay in control of the accounts and content you connect to Unfaced.

Disconnect a social account

In the Unfaced web or mobile app, open Settings → Connections. Choose the YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram account and select Disconnect. Unfaced deletes the stored connection and encrypted tokens. You can also revoke Unfaced in the connected platform’s own security settings.

Delete your Unfaced account

Open Settings → Account and select Delete account. This permanently deletes your workspace, projects, videos, connected-platform tokens, and platform statistics held by Unfaced. If you cannot sign in, email the address below from the email used for your account and ask for account deletion.

Content already published

Disconnecting or deleting your Unfaced account does not delete copies already published on YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. Delete those posts on the platform itself. Protected backups expire on their normal limited rotation; billing and security records may be retained where law requires it.
