These terms apply when you use Unfaced to create, review, store, or publish videos. By creating an account, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 or otherwise able to enter into this agreement under the law that applies to you.

Keep your login and connected-channel access secure. Tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has access to your account.

Unfaced uses automated and AI-assisted tools to turn your briefs and settings into scripts, narration, visuals, captions, video files, and publication drafts. AI output can be inaccurate, unsuitable, or similar to other output. You must review a draft before publishing it.

Features, providers, and limits may change as the service improves. We will not materially reduce a paid plan during its current billing period without giving reasonable notice.

You keep your rights in the briefs, uploads, brand assets, channel data, and other material you provide. As between you and Unfaced, you also own the generated output to the extent the law allows ownership of it.

You give Unfaced a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transform, and transmit your material only to operate the service, create the output you request, publish where you instruct us, keep backups, and meet legal or security obligations. This licence ends when the material is deleted, except for limited backup retention and legal duties.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you provide or ask us to publish, including music, images, likenesses, trademarks, personal data, and channel access. You are responsible for the final editorial decision, required advertising or affiliate disclosures, and compliance with platform rules.

Do not use Unfaced to break the law, violate another person's rights, mislead people about a real person's identity, distribute malware, evade platform enforcement, or generate exploitative, hateful, or non-consensual intimate material.

• Do not upload material you are not entitled to use.
• Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service or bypass plan and credit controls.
• Do not use the service to impersonate a person or falsely present synthetic media as authentic evidence.

When you connect YouTube or another platform, you authorise Unfaced to act on the publishing instructions you set. The external platform's own terms still apply. We do not control its review, availability, reach, monetisation, or removal decisions.

You can disconnect a channel to stop future publishing. A disconnect does not remove posts already sent to that platform; manage those in the platform itself.

Paid plans renew for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Credits measure provider usage; monthly credits and top-ups follow the limits shown when you buy them. Free monthly credits expire and do not accumulate. Prices include or add taxes as shown at checkout.

You can cancel future renewal from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless mandatory law gives you another right. Statutory withdrawal, refund, and warranty rights are not restricted by these terms.

We may restrict content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address illegal content, rights complaints, security threats, non-payment, serious or repeated rule breaches, or harm to the service. Where the law requires it, we will explain the reason and available remedy. Urgent security or legal action may happen without advance notice.

You may close your account. Export anything you need first. The privacy notice explains deletion and retention.

We operate the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, a particular audience result, revenue, or that AI output is error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

For other losses, liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. If you use Unfaced for business, neither side is liable for unforeseeable indirect losses.

We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and state when they take effect. Continuing after that date means the updated terms apply; if you disagree, cancel before they take effect.
